Qualifications

• 2–4 years of technical customer service experience in manufacturing support.
• 5 years in a technical environment with manufacturing concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Knowledge of terms and conditions, FAR/DFAR is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Review customer requests for U.S. Navy project quotations and coordinate with engineering, planning, purchasing, operations, and quality to develop quotations considering factory capability and capacity.
• Prepare and submit written quotations for U.S. Navy project customers and representatives per CIRCOR requirements.
• Facilitate communication with customers throughout quotation and PO acceptance processes.
• Recommend product or service enhancements based on application input to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
• Document sales and marketing activities and track opportunities.
• Other duties as assigned.
