Job summary

Cydecor seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead the Navy Readiness Reporting Enterprise (NRRE) contract. The role oversees 70+ employees across multiple software applications and teams, aligning agile delivery with government expectations and enterprise goals.

The ideal candidate will drive program execution, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and maintain compliance with security and DoD requirements, including CPAR score accountability and budget oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of program management or related experience.
• Experience managing large, complex U.S. Navy software development programs.
• Knowledge of US Navy Readiness systems and reporting.
• Active Secret security clearance (must be able to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Develop and track detailed project plans and schedules across the enterprise to ensure integrated management objectives.
• Identify obstacles, risks and mitigation strategies; report milestones to senior management and Government customers.
• Manage a team of enterprise-level staff supporting software development life cycle.
• Coordinate with Government PMO and Enterprise PMO on accountability items.
• Ensure CPAR scores, budget execution, and monthly status reporting.
