Job summary

Five Rivers Analytics (FRA), an Akima company, seeks a Program Manager to lead the Fort Belvoir RNEC-NCR program. You will oversee contract performance, staffing, and technical direction across network operations, cybersecurity, RMF/eMASS, and IT service management.

Responsibilities include coordinating with KO/COR, managing staffing and security requirements, and delivering executive-level briefings on status, risks, and actions. The role requires DoD IT experience and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, Program Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8–10 years managing enterprise IT operations, network operations, systems engineering, telecom, cybersecurity, or DoD IT support.
• Minimum 5 years leading multidisciplinary technical teams in complex enterprise IT environments.
• Experience managing Government contracts and interfacing with KO/COR and senior Government stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership, management, planning, execution, and oversight of contractor performance under the Fort Belvoir RNEC-NCR program.
• Serve as the principal liaison with Government on operational matters and provide day-to-day technical expertise.
• Ensure all PWS requirements, performance standards, deliverables, schedules, and service requirements are achieved.
• Coordinate activities across Network Operations, Client Services, Systems Engineering, Cybersecurity/IA, telecommunications, infrastructure, and Quality Control.
• Identify and manage program risks, performance issues, resources, and corrective actions.
