Job summary

Five Rivers Analytics (FRA), an Akima company, seeks a Program Manager to lead IT Automation and Technical Support services for the RNEC-NCR and Fort Belvoir. You will oversee planning, staffing, performance, and quality, interfacing with Government leadership, KO, and COR on operational matters.

The role covers LAN/WAN, NIPRNET/SIPRNET, cybersecurity, RMF/eMASS, and service-management processes, ensuring timely deliverables and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• 8–10 years managing enterprise IT operations, networks, systems, cybersecurity or DoD IT support.
• 5+ years leading multidisciplinary technical teams in complex environments.
• Experience interfacing with KO/COR and senior government stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, planning, execution, and oversight of contractor performance.
• Serve as liaison with Government on operational matters and provide day-to-day expertise.
• Ensure all PWS requirements, performance standards, and deliverables are met.
• Coordinate across Network Operations, Client Services, Cybersecurity, and IT infra.
• Identify risks, performance issues, resources needs, and corrective actions.
• Prepare and present program status, risks, and actions to KO/COR.
