Job summary

Strategic Technology Institute, Inc. (STi) is seeking an experienced Supply Specialist to support NSWCCD Property Management at SJCA in Chesapeake, VA. The role focuses on Navy ERP-based property management, inventory, and logistics operations to ensure accountability and FIAR audit readiness.

Candidates should possess extensive Navy logistics experience, strong documentation skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced Government environment. On-site at SJCA in Chesapeake, VA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline.
• Five additional years of DoD/PP&E/Inventory or Logistics experience in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum 10 years of DoD logistics experience, including Navy logistics programs.
• Minimum 3 years of Navy ERP experience.
• Experience managing Navy logistics involving SOM and/or OM&S.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical, administrative, and project support for Navy Property Management operations.
• Support supply, inventory, warehouse, and logistics operations for OM&S, SOM, GE, and PR programs.
• Maintain accurate records within Navy ERP and process MILSTRIP requisition documentation.
• Assist with FIAR compliance efforts and audit readiness activities.
• Develop SOPs, workflow documentation, and training materials.
• Prepare written reports and briefings for Government leadership.
• Collaborate with Government personnel to improve efficiency and regulatory compliance.
