Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC seeks a Junior Level Property Management Logistics Specialist to support NSWC property control at Stennis Space Center, MS. Responsibilities include ELMS training, on-site PML support, and data extraction from the APSR for audits and reporting.

The role requires SECRET clearance, experience with APSR/ELMS modules, and knowledge of DoD/Navy property policy. Travel is limited; candidates should be ready to coordinate with Command Property Branch.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience providing logistics support to users of major government systems.
• Experience with APSR peripheral equipment such as handheld terminals (HHTs), scanners, signature pads, and label printers; experience with WebFLIS, SOCM, EMI, and FED LOG.
• One year experience with requisitions and troubleshooting within government Logistics IT systems (MFP-2, MFP-11).
• Experience with accountability of OM&S and items like inventory for resale, spare/repair parts, clothing and textiles.
• One year experience with ELMS WM and ELMS PA functionality and training.
• One year experience with CNSWC instructions and related guidance.

Responsibilities

• Provide ELMS training and on-the-job training for APSR users and custodians.
• Assist in establishing and executing inventory plans and property accountability.
• Support NSWC property management processes, audits, and data extraction from APSR.
• Contribute to transition and deployment of APSR to NSWC activities.
• Maintain knowledge of NSWC property locations, receipts, disposals, and transfers.
