Responsibilities

• Provide ID Card services to DoD personnel, retirees and eligible dependents.
• Verify identity and eligibility using DEERS/RAPIDS.
• Operate RAPIDS workstations and assist customers with DEERS/PKI questions.
• Perform DEERS enrollment and updates; reconcile erroneous data.
• Maintain security of CACs and related materials.
