Qualifications

• Specialized experience advising on complex military personnel policies and procedures.

• Understanding of military human resources principles to administer personnel programs and actions.
• Experience preparing official correspondence, reports, and personnel-related documentation.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Selection Board System Operator duties within EMPRS to support Navy personnel and boards.
• Organize, administer and evaluate personnel record information provided to selection boards.
• Assemble all related records and information for board eligible personnel.
• Ensure teaching supplies, equipment, and classrooms are available for training.
• Provide technical and administrative support to department staff and system users.
