Responsibilities

• Utilize personnel databases to research, update, and process personnel actions.
• Research and provide explanations regarding military personnel actions.
• Provide customer service in person, by phone, and email; complete correspondence.
• Process standard personnel actions for assignment, enlistment, reenlistment, promotion, awards, and performance evaluations.
