Job summary

Metronome, LLC is seeking a Program Scheduler / Acquisition Support Specialist to support the U.S. Navy Horizon program. The role emphasizes developing, managing, and maintaining project schedules and coordinating with government leadership and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has hands-on scheduling experience, can translate priorities into actionable schedules, and can guide clients using scheduling best practices. TS/SCI clearance is required for this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience managing project or program schedules.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project and/or similar project scheduling software.
• Strong understanding of scheduling practices and guiding clients on approaches.
• Experience coordinating milestones, activities, dependencies, and updates.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams.
• TS/SCI clearance

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules for the Horizon program.
• Capture scheduling requirements and priorities from government leadership.
• Track milestones, activities, deliverables, dependencies, and changes.
• Identify schedule risks, conflicts, and potential impacts.
• Keep schedule information accurate and aligned with priorities.
• Guide government customers on scheduling best practices.
• Coordinate schedule inputs across stakeholders and workstreams.
• Support program reviews and reporting with schedule status and milestones.
• Use Microsoft Project or similar tools to develop schedules.
• Use Microsoft Office Suite and Teams for collaboration.
• Learn new technologies and program concepts to support Horizon.
• Collaborate with government and contractor teammates to be responsive.
