Job summary

Ultra Maritime in the United States, headquartered on the East Coast, seeks a Senior Program Scheduler to support Navy/defense programs. This onsite-preferred role may be hybrid or remote within Central/East Coast time zones.

The candidate will develop IMS/PMB, perform EV/ETC analysis, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure schedule integrity. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of schedule management are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business discipline.
• 5+ years of schedule management experience for product development or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Support Program Managers in organizing and facilitating Program planning activities.
• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for Programs and report on status.
• Organize, design, develop, and maintain IMS and PMB; conduct regular EV updates and ETC estimates.
• Perform schedule variance, critical path, and health analyses; run what-if scenarios.
• Monitor schedule performance with weekly/monthly variance reports.
• Coordinate with program teams and stakeholders to review inputs and address gaps.
• Serve as SME for schedule management and address schedule-related items.
• Identify and communicate schedule dependencies and risks to management.
• Develop IMS views/reports for PMs and support internal/customer reviews.
