Job summary

HRUCKUS is seeking a Senior Master Scheduler to support complex, multi-year programs in government or intelligence environments. The role focuses on developing and managing integrated schedules and coordinating with cross-functional teams in a high-security setting.

The ideal candidate will hold an active TS SCI clearance and have hands-on experience with Microsoft Project or Primavera, WBS/CPM, and integrated baseline management to drive program success.

Qualifications

• Active TS SCI clearance required.
• 5–8 years with BS/BA or 3–5 years with MS/MA or 0–2 years with PhD.
• Experience in scheduling, program planning, project controls, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated mastery of scheduling tools (Microsoft Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of WBS, CPM, and integrated baseline management.
• Experience developing and managing schedules for complex, multi-year programs.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community programs.
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) tools and reporting.
• Experience with Agile, hybrid, or iterative development methodologies.
