Job summary

Odyssey is seeking an experienced Integrated Master Scheduler to support a high-priority Air Force acquisition program at Hanscom AFB, MA. The role collaborates with program managers, functionals, and leadership to ensure schedules map to program objectives and milestones.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in complex IMS environments, TS/SCI-eligible clearance, and BA/BS. DoD/DoW program experience and EVM awareness are highly preferred. Onsite full-time position with 20% travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain the IMS to support planning and execution.

• Assist in requirements planning and feasibility evaluations.
• Communicate schedule status to stakeholders and leadership.
• Identify corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Use Microsoft Project to develop complex schedules.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide EVM indicators.

Position Summary

Odyssey Systems has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Integrated Master Scheduler supporting a high‑priority acquisition mission within the Air Force. The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center’s Special Programs Division (AFLCMC/HNJ) provides sensitive command, control, communications, intelligence, and networks (C3I&N) and battle management (BM) capabilities from kinetic weaponry dominance to information dominance. The program office customers increasingly require rapid fielding of advanced capabilities to counter emerging cyber and operational threats to U.S. national security. In this role, the candidate will work across the entire program office, with program managers, functionals, and leadership to ensure programs are mapped for success.

Responsibilities

Duties include, but not limited to:

• Develop, manage, and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to support project planning and execution
• Coordinate and communicate IMS activities across functional disciplines within the Program Management Office (PMO) while delivering technical scheduling products such as Gantt charts and network diagrams
• Provide integrated schedule management support, ensuring alignment with system acquisition processes and incorporating key schedule requirements to drive mission success
• Assist in requirements development, planning efforts, and evaluating project feasibility to achieve program objectives
• Clearly communicate schedule objectives, plans, and status updates to stakeholders, including customers, project teams, and leadership
• Identify and implement corrective actions as needed to keep the project on track
• Utilize advanced scheduling tools, including Microsoft Project, to develop and manage complex project schedules
• Conduct risk assessments of government and stakeholder schedules, providing Earned Value Management (EVM) indicators to highlight potential schedule risks and inform decision‑making
