Job summary

Ultra Maritime seeks a Sr. Program Scheduler to support the Program Management team within Ultra Seaborne Sensors and Systems. The role involves organizing program planning activities, developing WBS, and maintaining IMS for programs, with extensive MS Project duties.

You will be the SME for schedule management, coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing risks, and preparing IMS reports for reviews. Onsite preference with hybrid/remote possibilities on the Central/East Coast time zone.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business discipline.
• 5+ years of schedule management experience for product development or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Support Program Managers in organizing and facilitating Program planning activities.
• Assist program managers in developing and maintaining Program Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
• Organize, design, develop, and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for Programs and report on program status.
• Resource load IMS to create PMB, conduct status updates and ETC estimates in MS Project.
• Perform analysis of IMS (variance, critical path, DECM/DCMA 14-pt. health, resource, what-if).
• Monitor schedule performance with weekly/monthly variance reports.
• Coordinate with teams and stakeholders to review schedule inputs and address gaps.
• Act as SME for schedule management and interpret/address schedule items.
• Identify schedule dependencies, impacts, and risks to PM.
• Participate in risk management and governance processes.
• Develop IMS views/reports for Program Managers.
• Support internal and customer-facing program reviews.
