Job summary

The role requires an active DoW Secret clearance, a engineering degree with naval experience, proficiency with Navy systems and MS Office, and willingness to travel up to 10% for coordination across commands.

Qualifications

• Active DoW Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 2 years’ relevant Naval shipboard engineering work experience.
• Knowledge of U.S. Navy ship configuration, management principles, processes, and activities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Navy systems such as eARRTS and HARs.
• Ability to travel up to 10% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for HM&E systems aboard U.S. Navy surface ships.
• Analyze equipment failures, casualty reports, and maintenance actions; develop technical findings and recommendations.
• Perform lifecycle engineering assessments including sustainment and modernization considerations.
• Develop technical documentation and advisory communications in accordance with Navy policy.
