Responsibilities

• Growth and Sales: own go-to-market strategies, win multi‑million dollar contracts, and meet financial and P&L targets.
• Client Advisory: build trusted relationships with federal executives and Navy stakeholders across commissioned and NCO levels.
• Solution 'Federalization': adapt commercial tech, AI, and cyber solutions to federal needs; lead end-to-end capture and proposal development.
• Practice Building/Client Delivery: stand up capabilities, mentor talent, coordinate with cross‑functional teams for delivery excellence.
