Job summary

Sabre Systems, LLC seeks a highly motivated Data Analyst to deliver advanced analytics for the NAVAIRSYSCOM Cyber Warfare Department at Patuxent River, MD. This 100% on-site role supports the CPRC with data-driven insights for mission planning, readiness, resource allocation, and operational tracking.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Power BI, large datasets, and translating technical findings into concise briefings for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Data Analytics, CS, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of data analysis or intelligence analytics experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools including Power BI and Power Automate.
• Experience with large datasets, SQL querying, and statistical analysis methodologies.
• Experience with Qlik Sense analytics and dashboard development.
• Strong proficiency in data visualization, predictive analytics, and BI best practices.
• Advanced database querying capabilities.
• Experience with data modeling and statistical analysis tools.
• Must have an active DoD Top Secret/SCI security clearance and be a U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive data management and analysis to support mission objectives.
• Extract, query, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Perform data cleaning, normalization and validation for reliability.
• Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns and anomalies.
• Develop, maintain and automate intelligence dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Build predictive data models to support forecasting and planning.
• Translate findings into concise summaries for senior leadership.
• Support data-driven decision-making by transforming raw data into metrics and insights.
• Collaborate with data engineers and developers to process data and create analytical products.
• Partner with analysts and data scientists to prepare diverse data sources for advanced analytics.
• Liaise with stakeholders to understand metrics and objectives and map requirements to data sources.
• Document data sources and pipelines with data dictionaries and process documentation.
• Collaborate to improve data collection, reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
