Arc Boats seeks a Defense Federal Account Executive to own Navy accounts, open new opportunities, grow ongoing deals, and coordinate with partners to win contracts.

You will build trusted relationships across customers and primes, understand mission priorities, and present Arc Boats' technology as a compelling solution. This on-site role is based in Los Angeles with a strong emphasis on rapid, owning processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with government contracting or defense acquisition.
• Field sales or capture experience, ideally with Navy or federal government.
• Proven full sales cycle management and target attainment.
• Ability to navigate large, complex organizations and influence decisions.
• Strong discovery, presentation and storytelling connecting tech to mission.
• Capacity to manage multiple opportunities and focus on priority accounts.
• U.S. person per ITAR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of U.S. Navy accounts and build account plans.
• Develop trusted relationships with customer and partners, from program leaders to primes.
• Position Arc Boat’s technology to solve mission-critical problems.
• Qualify opportunities and drive them to close with disciplined process.
• Coordinate with prime contractors and Arc Boats engineering on proposals.
• Forecast accurately and keep pipeline health up to date.
