Job summary

Arc Boat Company is seeking a Defense Federal Account Executive to own a portfolio of U.S. Navy accounts from first conversation to signed business.

You will build plans, prospect new opportunities, and expand existing relationships with program leaders, prime contractors, and Arc's engineering teams. You’ll translate customers' missions into Arc Boat’s propulsion and platform technology, qualify opportunities, manage multiple deals, and drive proposals and teaming arrangements.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with government contracting or defense acquisition.
• Field sales, business development, or capture experience, ideally selling to the U.S. Navy or federal government.
• Proven track record of managing full sales cycles and exceeding targets.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of U.S. Navy accounts from first conversation to signed business.
• Build and run account plans, prospect for new opportunities, and expand relationships.
• Develop trusted relationships with program leaders, primes, and Arc engineering.
• Understand customer missions and position Arc Boat technology to solve real problems.
• Qualify opportunities and drive them through a disciplined capture process.
• Team with prime contractors and Arc's engineers to craft compelling proposals.
