Job summary

PLEXSYS Interface Products, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth for Navy modeling, simulation, and training programs across the U.S. Navy market.

You will identify, qualify, shape, and support opportunities, building relationships across Navy acquisition and training communities while positioning PLEXSYS solutions to meet evolving mission needs. The ideal candidate has extensive DoD BD experience, knowledge of M&S and C2/ISR domains, and can execute strategies from

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Grow qualified pipeline in Navy modeling, simulation, and training markets.
• Build relationships with Navy stakeholders and acquisition offices.
• Shape opportunities early, align capabilities with requirements.
• Strengthen capture positioning on Navy pursuits.
• Expand brand as trusted provider of training and simulation solutions.
• Drive development of defense sales strategies.
• Collaborate with leadership on channel distribution strategies.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships across government and industry.
• Prepare and deliver product demonstrations.
• Assist in BD strategy for assigned market area.
• Attend industry briefings and monitor program channels.
• Support trade shows, events, and webinars.
• Contribute to marketing collateral and communications.
• Assist ROMs, quotes, and proposals with coordination.
• Update Salesforce accurately.
• Handle special projects as assigned.
