PLEXSYS Interface Products, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in modeling, simulation, and training solutions for the U.S. Navy.

This role focuses on identifying and shaping opportunities, building relationships across Navy organizations, and delivering capture strategies to meet mission requirements. The ideal candidate has extensive DoD BD experience, strong Navy knowledge, and proven success in expanding customer bases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required in Marketing, Business, Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in defense business development, capture support, or growth strategy.
• Proven experience with Navy/DoD customers and LVC/C2/ISR domains.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow qualified pipeline in Navy modeling, simulation, and training markets.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships across Navy acquisition, operational, and training communities.
• Drive growth through strategic planning, capture support, and proposal development.
• Collaborate with leadership to shape opportunities and expand the customer base.
