Job summary

Mount Indie is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to support U.S. Navy C4I modernization efforts. You will contribute to system integration, architecture development, testing, and lifecycle sustainment for complex combat systems and tactical networks on afloat and shore platforms.

The role partners with government offices, fleet stakeholders, and contractor teams to engineer, test, and field advanced C4I capabilities while developing engineering products and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 7 years of engineering experience supporting Navy C4I systems.
• Experience with OV-1, SV-1, TV-1, ICDs and interface documentation.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide systems engineering support for Navy C4I modernization and acquisition programs.
• Analyze requirements and develop engineering solutions for installation, integration, and sustainment.
• Support lifecycle processes from requirements analysis to transition to operations.
• Coordinate activities among PMWs, SSAs, ISEAs, Fleet stakeholders and industry partners.
• Develop MBSE models and maintain system architectures for interoperability.
