Job summary

AM Pierce & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Systems Engineer to support the development of advanced Navy technology. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to apply systems-engineering principles, develop a coherent system design, and capture it in an integrated model.

A candidate with MBSE experience and SysML skills is ideal. Active Secret clearance and 5+ years of relevant experience are required, with opportunities to collaborate across engineers, analysts, and government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret.
• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in systems-engineering, system-architecture, or design.
• Experience supporting multidisciplinary engineering or system-design activities.
• Working knowledge of systems-engineering principles and MBSE practices.

Responsibilities

• Apply systems-engineering principles to technology development.
• Plan and facilitate collaborative design activities with senior engineers.
• Define system context, behavior, architecture, interfaces, and requirements.
• Develop and maintain SysML models and integrated system views.
• Represent system concepts clearly to stakeholders and ensure traceability.
