Job summary

Integer Technologies is seeking a Systems Engineer to establish MBSE baselines and deliver SysML architectures for naval power systems. You will advance SE applications across the ship design lifecycle, prototype methods, and build automation to improve decision cycles.

The role requires experience in MBSE, systems engineering, and collaboration with electrical and software teams, with DoD-focused context and national security implications. Relocation support is available.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen with ability to obtain DoW Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering related discipline.
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in systems engineering applications for system design or operations.
• 3+ years of demonstrated experience in model-based systems engineering applications for system design or operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to produce clear technical reports and briefings to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Apply systems thinking to decompose naval power requirements and trace mission needs to physical constraints.
• Develop and maintain system architectures for naval power systems using MBSE with full requirements traceability.
• Build and manage SysML models capturing mission threads, interface control definitions, operational modes, and power margins.
• Define integration requirements, data exchange standards, and interoperability across digital twins of shipboard power systems.
