International Executive Service Corps is seeking a C4I Systems Engineer to support the PMS 300 Program Office in Washington, DC. The role provides systems engineering, integration, and lifecycle support for Navy C4I systems.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of DoD/Navy experience, a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, and holds or can obtain a DoD SECRET clearance. Familiarity with SURTASS, Link 16, CANES, GCCS-M, IFF, ADNS is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical discipline.
  • 7+ years of experience supporting DoD, Navy, or federal government programs.
  • Experience with C4I systems, network architecture, tactical communications, or combat systems integration.
  • Knowledge of systems engineering principles, requirements management, and technical documentation development.
  • Experience supporting acquisition, sustainment, modernization, or integration efforts for military systems.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience supporting NAVSEA programs and/or shipyards.
  • Familiarity with SURTASS, Tactical Data Links (Link 16), CANES, GCCS-M, IFF, ADNS, or other Navy C4I systems are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide systems engineering support for C4I programs throughout the surface vessel lifecycle.
  • Analyze operational requirements and develop technical solutions supporting mission needs.
  • Support detailed design, integration, shipyard construction, and delivery of C4I related systems and networks.
  • Conduct requirements analysis, interface management, and configuration management activities.
  • Develop and review engineering documentation, technical reports, and system specifications.
  • Coordinate with government stakeholders, program offices, shipyards, and technical teams.
  • Support cybersecurity, interoperability, and network architecture initiatives as applicable.
  • Participate in design reviews, technical interchange meetings, and system assessments.

Position/Job Description:
