Job summary

Innovative Reasoning, LLC seeks an on-site Systems Engineer to provide technical assistance for USMC and Navy C4I assets aboard amphibious ships and alternate platforms at Quantico, VA. You will support analysis, requirements development, and policy inform decisions for Navy/Marine Corps stakeholders.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor’s in Information Systems Management or related field and extensive naval networks experience; DoD security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Management or related field; 12+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of naval network systems engineering and design principles.
• Experience coordinating with Navy/Marine Corps/stakeholders for requirements and interoperability.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system data exchanges and document C4ISR requirements for afloat and ashore Marine Corps networks.
• Represent USMC interests with international and joint stakeholders to inform policy and fielding plans.
• Develop integrated amphibious C4I architectures and track interoperability certifications.
