Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or 12 years experience in naval IT/network systems.
Extensive knowledge of Marine Corps and Navy organizational structures and networks.
Must possess a DoD security clearance and tolerate travel.

Responsibilities

Analyze C4ISR data exchanges and system requirements for USMC/Navy assets.
Develop documentation, architectures, and integration plans for amphibious C4I.
Coordinate with DoD and joint stakeholders on policy and fielding plans.
Draft reports, briefings, and cost/benefit analyses for acquisitions.
