Job summary

CSA seeks a Vice President, Business Development to lead capture management and drive new opportunities across Navy operations, training & exercise, cybersecurity, and IT domains. The role requires strategic leadership, proposal support, and building relationships with key decision-makers while guiding teams through the BD lifecycle using Shipley-based methods.

Based in the US, candidate must be able to obtain Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree across a related field required.
• 10+ years of experience in capturing and closing federal/civilian opportunities.
• Strong research and analytical skills; ability to present to C‑Suite.
• Excellent oral and written communication; ability to articulate complex issues clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develops leads and manages capture strategies and bid planning.
• Oversees pricing, teaming, and proposal development; drives proposal reviews.
• Builds and maintains account plans; executes customer call plans.
• Leads capture activities and coordinates technical, management, and business solutions.
