Job summary

General Dynamics Electric Boat seeks an on-site program representative for D706 to support COLUMBIA-class submarine integration and OHIO submarine sustainment under OMNIBUS. You will coordinate with NAVSEA, EB Life Cycle Sustainment, and TRFKB to ensure security, logistic supportability, and maintenance integration.

The role requires a BS or veteran submarine experience, 5+ years in Naval Physical Security, and the ability to interpret technical drawings while working across multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s of Science degree or retired Navy Submariner with High School Diploma.
• 5+ years Naval Physical Security experience.
• 5+ years technical drawing interpretation.
• Flexibility to work odd hours and obtain/maintain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Meet with NAVSEA and EB stakeholders for Columbia capability gap analysis and process improvement.
• Serve as Facility Security Officer, manage security for a Secret Facility Clearance List and on-base access.
• Develop knowledge of TRFKB org structure to support OMNIBUS contracting efforts.
• Coordinate maintenance and improvements to D706 facilities and departmental vehicles.
