General Dynamics Electric Boat in Kings Bay GA is seeking a Program Representative to support the Alteration Installation Team (AIT) Lead in ensuring program goals are met for Maintenance and Modernization initiatives. The role may involve leading smaller projects and coordinating across multiple sites.

The position requires planning, scheduling, and strong communication skills, with travel to US Navy facilities as needed and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher.
• 1+ years of experience working with EB M&M Sites (This experience must be listed on your resume)

Responsibilities

• Support Site AIT Lead in achieving Maintenance and Modernization program goals.
• Plan and potentially lead Alteration projects as assigned.
• Develop MOA, routing, schedule and metrics; Readiness Review creation and execution.
• Develop Manning plans and manage project communications with stakeholders.
• Maintain schedules, project metrics, and lead/status meetings; coordinate with On-Site Installation Coordinator (OSIC) and other teams.
