Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in systems engineering and/or integration/test for large-scale projects.
• Demonstrated leadership across multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with submarine combat systems or C5I systems.
• Experience in geographically dispersed/virtual teams.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide a cross-functional team through design, integration, and test activities.
• Direct integration of production solutions with architecture teams and define workflows.
• Set team goals, execute work, and present deliverables at milestones.
• Mentor team members and coordinate career-development plans.
• Communicate program objectives and align team goals with program strategy.
• Oversee and drive completion of feature and bug work with required testing.
