Job summary

Serco is hiring for skilled professionals in Newport News, VA to support the CTII program. Roles include Engineering Technicians, Mechanical Assemblers, and Welders with shipboard/shipyard backgrounds and DoD clearance requirements.

Candidates should be able to work onsite five days a week, obtain necessary certifications, and be willing to travel up to 10% to various sites. Serco emphasizes safety and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Shipboard or Shipyard experience or a related field.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
• The ability to gain access to shipyards (NAVSTA & DBIDS).
• The ability to work onsite 5 days a week.
• The ability to obtain any required certifications.
• Experience in one of the following areas: Engineering Technician, Mechanical Assembler, or Welder.
• Must have safety awareness and willingness to travel up to 10%.
