Job summary

Serco is seeking a Program Manager Representative (PMR) to coordinate pre-planning and execution of NAVSEA ship modernization projects. You will identify alteration work packages, repair work, design requirements, and coordination with ILS teams, shipyards, and government sponsors.

The role requires an active DoD Secret clearance, on-site work at a Naval Base or shipyard, and travel up to 10%. You will guide technical work, monitor milestones, and ensure delivery on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years in related work.
• On-site work at Naval Base or shipyard required; ability to move through shipyard environments.
• Travel up to 10% (CONUS).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report MSR and AIT adherence to production and test milestone schedules.
• Coordinate technical data, design changes, and growth work with shipyards and Navy officials.
• Assist in coordinating ship visits to evaluate NAVSEA ship alterations and related installations.
• Review NAVSEA CFRs for cost, production, and testing impacts across programs.
• Coordinate all testing efforts and communicate delays or changes to stakeholders.
• Participate in Lessons Learned conferences and post-install reviews.
• Develop briefings and analytical reports for clients with strong writing/presentation skills.
• Maintain security procedures and provide guidance to PMR team members.
