Responsibilities

• Ensure modernization efforts are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Provide technical guidance during modernization.
• Act as primary Navy contact between Navy and contractors/vendors.
• Oversee budgets and cost tracking for modernization projects.
• Provide training to ship crews on new systems and equipment.
• Prepare reports on project status and accomplishments.
