Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Program Manager Representative to coordinate NAVSEA ship modernization efforts. The role requires an active DoD Secret clearance, US citizenship, a bachelor’s degree, and at least six years of related experience.

You will travel to navy facilities and shipyards on-site, ensuring milestones, costs, and schedules align with contract objectives. You will work with diverse teams, defend design changes, and report progress to NAVSEA 21.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
• US citizenship is required.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
• At least 6 years of directly relevant work experience.
• On-site work at naval facilities with safety access to ships.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-planning and execution of NAVSEA ship modernization.
• Monitor milestones, costs, and schedule impacts with shipyards and sponsors.
• Provide technical data and coordinate between agencies and contractors.
• Prepare briefings and analytic reports for NAVSEA 21 and stakeholders.
• Support visits to ships, contractor plants, and naval organizations.
