Job summary

FALCATA seeks a Program Coordinator to support the NRL FLASH program in Washington, DC. The role provides administrative, operational, and programmatic support to the Program Manager and PI, helping plan and track activities, meetings, and stakeholder engagement.

The ideal candidate will manage calendars, prepare materials, run presentations at technical meetings, and handle notes and configuration management while operating in both classified and unclassified environments.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required with active Secret clearance (TS/SCI preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in program management, business administration, operations, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 4–6+ years of experience in project planning, program coordination, administrative operations, event organization.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong calendar, schedules, meetings, action items, and multiple concurrent priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Experience preparing meeting materials, briefings, reports, and professional correspondence.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, operational, and programmatic support to the Program Manager and PI for the NRL FLASH program.
• Help plan, execute, and track program activities, meetings, documentation, schedules, and stakeholder engagements.
• Submit NRL visit requests, manage calendars, and run presentations at technical meetings.
• Take notes for meetings and perform configuration management.
