Job summary

FALCATA seeks an experienced Project Controller to provide financial, programmatic, and schedule control for high-visibility DoD S&T initiatives in Washington, DC. The role embeds with government PMs, PIs, and lab leadership to align technical objectives with disciplined business processes.

The candidate will manage budgets, IMS, and contract milestones, partnering with technical leads to ensure execution aligns with OSD benchmarks and obligations. Security clearance eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting, controllership, or program controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cradle-to-grave budgeting across multi-year DoD S&T activities.
• Identify critical paths, schedule dependencies, and program risks; perform variance analyses.
• Prepare executive dashboards, MSRs, and PMI/PMR materials for leadership.
• Assist in SOW/IGCE preparation for BAAs and OTAs.
