Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in program management, business administration, operations, project management, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 4-6+ years of relevant experience supporting project planning, program coordination, administrative operations, event organization, or a related discipline.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage calendars, schedules, meetings, action items, and multiple concurrent priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Experience preparing meeting materials, briefings, reports, and professional correspondence.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, operational, and programmatic support to the Program Manager and PI for the NRL FLASH program.
• Assist with planning, executing, and tracking program activities, meetings, and stakeholder engagements.
• Submit NRL visit requests, manage calendars, and run presentations at technical meetings.
• Keep meeting notes and perform configuration management across program documents.
