Job summary

Sonaca North America is seeking a Program/Project/Management Analyst to support NAVAIR and the F/A-18 Fleet Support Team at NAS North Island, CA. The role focuses on workload management, execution tracking, fiscal planning, and performance reporting to optimize operations.

You will collect and analyze data, prepare status reports, and coordinate inputs across stakeholders. A BS/BA in a relevant field and 3–10 years of experience are required, with a Secret clearance preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires BS/BA in business or relevant technical discipline and 3–10 years in engineering/logistics program management.
• Familiarity with F/A-18 sustainment or naval operations is a plus.
• Secret clearance or ability to obtain one is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide program analysis support for FST operations and business activities.
• Manage workload prioritization, scheduling, staffing plans, and performance reporting.
• Track progress, identify variances, and prepare status reports and recommendations.
• Coordinate planning inputs across stakeholders and maintain project plans.
