Job summary

FALCATA seeks a Program Coordinator to support the Naval Research Laboratory's FLASH program in Washington, DC. You will provide administrative, operational, and programmatic support to the Program Manager and PI, ensure meetings and documentation are tracked, and manage calendars, visit requests, and meeting materials.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship and an active Secret security clearance (TS/SCI preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in program management, business administration, operations, project management, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 4-6+ years of relevant experience supporting project planning, program coordination, administrative operations, event organization, or a related discipline.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage calendars, schedules, meetings, action items, and multiple concurrent priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Experience preparing meeting materials, briefings, reports, and professional correspondence.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct administrative, operational, and programmatic support to the Program Manager and PI for the NRL FLASH program.
• Submit NRL visit requests and manage related calendars and scheduling.
• Run presentations at technical meetings and take notes for meetings.
• Perform configuration management and maintain accurate documentation.
• Communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders in both classified and unclassified environments.
