Job summary

Sonaca North America is seeking a seasoned Project Engineer/Manager to support NAVAIR F/A-18 fleet operations at NAS North Island, CA. You will develop sustainment tasks, assign responsibilities, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet deliverables.

The role requires 3–10 years in engineering and logistics, plus strong organizational skills. A Secret clearance is required, with on-site work in California and a focus on delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high quality

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–10 years of experience in Engineering and Logistics program/project management.
• Secret clearance required.
• BS/BA in Business Administration or Relevant Technical Discipline.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain project plans, staffing, and related planning documents.
• Lead cross-functional engineering and logistics teams to deliver projects on time and budget.
• Oversee complex engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Serve as liaison with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication.
• Prepare project status reports and provide strategic recommendations.
