Job summary

Sonaca North America is seeking a program analyst to support the FST team at NAS North Island, CA. Responsibilities include workload management, execution tracking, planning, and reporting for US Navy sustainment programs.

The role requires 3–10 years of engineering/logistics program management experience, knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, and a current Secret clearance. Base pay is an hourly rate in the $55–$65 range.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years in engineering and logistics program/project management.
• Specialized experience in F/A-18 sustainment as applicable by contract.
• Current Secret clearance is required.
• BS or BA in Business Administration or a relevant technical discipline; substitution options may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide program analysis support for FST business operations including workload management and prioritization.
• Perform execution tracking, status reporting, and fiscal year planning support.
• Develop project schedules and staffing plans, track progress, and report variances and risks.
• Coordinate planning inputs across stakeholders and improve workflows and reporting processes.
