Job summary

ACET, Incorporated is seeking a motivated Junior Program / Project / Management Analyst to support the F/A-18 variants program at NAS Norfolk, VA. You will apply structured analytic techniques to evaluate objectives and track deliverables, collaborating with senior analysts on schedules, budgets, and technical requirements.

Qualifications include a DoD Secret Clearance (must obtain), a BA/BS from an accredited institution, 0–3 years in program analysis or related work, and strong Microsoft

Qualifications

• Must possess or be able to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
• BA/BS degree from an accredited institution.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in program analysis, project tracking, data management, or business operations.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office for data organization.
• Strong analytical reasoning and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Gather, organize, and interpret data relating to aircraft, weapon, project acquisition, and product programs to support baseline reporting.
• Monitor and track daily program status, project milestones, and integrated master schedules to identify potential timeline shifts.
• Assist in analyzing program requirements, status updates, budgets, and schedules to ensure project objectives remain aligned.
• Perform basic management, technical, or business case analyses under the guidance of senior team members.
• Help compile analytical findings into standardized spreadsheets, status reports, and presentations for team and stakeholder reviews.
