Job summary

RTX is seeking a seasoned professional to lead capacity activities for a Naval Power Product Line in Tucson. You will manage test equipment integration, factory optimization, supplier capacity growth, and transition-to-production efforts, ensuring on-time delivery.

You will work with Systems, Software, Firmware, Production Test, and Operations teams, defining schedules, budgets, risks, and verification plans to improve yield and project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
• EVMS certification and ability to manage cost/schedule performance.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and complex projects.
• Active and transferable U.S. government-issued Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead value stream capacity activities for a Naval Power Product Line.
• Define schedules, budgets, and resource needs with program management.
• Coordinate test equipment integration and production optimization.
• Oversee hardware, software, firmware integration across teams.
• Mentor team members and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Attend Change Control Boards and approve system changes.
