Job summary

RTX, the world’s largest aerospace and defense company, seeks a leader to drive value stream capacity activities for a Naval Power Product Line. You will manage test equipment integration, factory optimization, and supplier capacity growth to support the SM-6 IAU Transition To Production effort.

Key responsibilities include defining project schedules and budgets, coordinating with Systems/Software/Firmware teams, and mentoring staff to achieve on-time, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with eight years of relevant experience.
• Integration experience to include hardware, software and/or firmware.
• Experience working with multi-disciplinary groups for complete system delivery.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
• Experience with both Windows and Microsoft products.
• EVMS Certified.
• Active and transferable U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance is required; U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of the project lifecycle from requirements definition through development and integration to delivery.
• Lead troubleshooting and failure investigation activities within the program to achieve IPT goals.
• Define and generate requirements, statements of work, and verification plans to improve yield.
• Define project schedules, budgets, and resource requirements with the Program Manager and Chief Engineer, and ensure adherence to milestones.
• Oversee design, development, and systems integration activities within production facilities to support transition to production (TTP).
• Attend Change Control Boards (CCBs) and approve system changes.
