RTX is seeking an experienced Subassemblies IPTL lead to manage the full lifecycle of a naval power project within the Naval Power Product Line. You will coordinate requirements, development, integration, and delivery to ensure program success.

The role requires collaboration with Systems, Software, Firmware, Production Test, and Operations teams, with emphasis on leadership, risk management, and milestone adherence in a high‑reliability environment.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of eight years of prior relevant experience.
• EVMS certification is required for the role.
• Active and transferable U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance is required before the start date and U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage all phases of the project lifecycle from requirements definition through development and integration to delivery.
• Coordinate troubleshooting and failure investigations to achieve IPT goals.
• Define and verify requirements, statements of work, and verification plans to improve yield and production readiness.
• Define project schedules, budgets and resource requirements with the Program Manager and Chief Engineer.
• Oversee hardware, software and systems integration activities in production facilities and transition to production.
