RTX is seeking a highly experienced project leader for a Naval Power Product Line value stream capacity role in Tucson, AZ. The position focuses on test equipment integration, factory optimization, supplier capacity growth, and Manufacturing Verification Testing to manage the SM-6 IAU Transition To Production effort.

You will lead the Subassemblies IPTL through all lifecycle phases, collaborate across Systems, Software, Firmware, and Production Test teams, and drive risk management and project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM required or equivalent.
• Eight years of relevant experience in a multi-disciplinary environment.
• Earned Value Management System (EVMS) certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage all phases of the project lifecycle from requirements through delivery.
• Oversee troubleshooting and root-cause analysis to meet IPT goals.
• Define and monitor requirements, statements of work, and verification plans to improve yield.
• Define project schedules, budgets, and resources with the Program Manager and Chief Engineer.
• Coordinate with Systems/Software/Firmware teams and Production Test Engineers.
• Ensure production readiness and transition to production (TTP).
• Identify risks, implement mitigation, and resolve technical challenges.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
