Job summary

RTX is seeking a Subassemblies IPTL in Tucson, AZ to drive value stream capacity for the Naval Power Product Line, including test equipment integration, factory optimization, and production transition.

You will lead cross-functional teams across Systems, Software, Firmware, and Production Test Engineering, define schedules and budgets with the Program Manager, and ensure milestones are met in a security-cleared environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 8+ years of experience.
• Hardware/software/firmware integration experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Active DoD Secret security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of the project lifecycle from requirements through development and integration to delivery.
• Define requirements, statements of work, and verification plans to improve yield.
• Collaborate with Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Firmware, Production Test Engineers, and Operations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members and participate in Change Control Boards.
