RTX is seeking a Senior Project Lead for the Naval Power Product Line. You will coordinate value‑stream capacity activities, test equipment integration, and production transition planning with Systems, Software, Firmware, and Production Test engineers.

You will define project schedules, budgets, risk mitigation, and resource needs with the Program Manager and Chief Engineer, while mentoring a cross‑functional team and ensuring milestones are met in a fast‑paced defense environment.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in STEM and a minimum of eight years of experience.
• Integration experience to include hardware, software and/or firmware.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
• Active and transferable U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance is required.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage all phases of the project lifecycle from requirements to delivery.
• Define project schedules, budgets, and resource requirements with the Program Manager and Chief Engineer.
• Oversee hardware obsolescence, risk management, and verification plans across the value stream.
• Collaborate with Systems, Software, Firmware, and Production Test Engineers to improve yield and transition to production.
