Qualifications

• 3–6+ years in sales, business development, capture, or program support in A&D or maritime tech.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Naval Architecture, or related field.
• Working knowledge of US Navy/Coast Guard acquisitions and FAR/DFARS.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple pursuits and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead early-stage prospecting across Navy, Coast Guard, and shipyards to identify opportunities.
• Conduct outreach, qualification calls, and follow-ups to develop actionable leads for leadership.
• Maintain BD pipeline in CRM, ensuring accuracy of stages, values, and timelines.
• Support proposal activity and coordinate with Engineering, Marketing, and Program Management.
• Capture market intelligence on funding, competitors, and contract vehicles.
• Assist in schedule planning, meeting outcomes, and industry events.
